Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your Wildflower case back into its original limited-edition packaging and secure it in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
